TierTruth is an independent price index for email marketing platforms. Every figure is read from the platform's own published pricing page, stored with the date it was read, and checked again every week.
TierTruth is built and run by Amer, independently and funded by affiliate commission. It is not owned by, operated by, or affiliated with any of the platforms it compares, and no platform has any say in what appears here.

If a figure here disagrees with a vendor's own published page, that is a bug and worth reporting. Send the platform, the list size, and what the vendor's page shows. Every price on this site is stored with the date it was read, so a correction can be checked against the record rather than argued about.
Corrections are the one kind of message this site most wants to receive. A price index that cannot be corrected is just an assertion.
Some outbound links to vendors earn a commission when a reader subscribes. It costs the reader nothing, and it cannot affect the order of any table: the rankings are computed from the stored price ladders, and there is no field in that data for what a platform pays. Platforms with no affiliate programme are included on the same terms as the rest. Full disclosure.
Nothing you type, and nothing that identifies you. There are no accounts, no sign-up, no forms and no advertising network. The calculator runs entirely inside your browser: the list size you enter is never sent to a server, so this site never learns it.
There is one measurement script, added by the host rather than written into these pages: Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views and where visitors arrived from. It sets no cookies, stores no identifier in your browser, and builds no profile of anyone — it cannot tell one visitor from another across two visits, which is also why the counts it produces are approximate.
Beyond that, the host records the standard request information every web server does, such as an IP address and which page was asked for, which is what makes serving and protecting a site possible.
This section said "no analytics script" on the day it was written, which was wrong: the host injects that one into every page, and nobody had looked. It is corrected here rather than quietly, because a page that claims to say what a site collects is worth less than nothing if it is only checked once.
The reading, the checks that reject a bad reading, and what is deliberately left out are all described in the methodology.
